Open Agent Email gives AI agents and applications you authorise their own email inboxes: it receives mail for the inboxes you create, screens it, lets you and your agents read and send mail through the dashboard, REST API and MCP tools, and delivers events to webhooks you configure.

The service is provided free of charge. There are no plans or billing today. We may add limits, introduce charges or change or discontinue features, and we will give notice of material changes to the email address on your account where we reasonably can.

• You sign in with an email address and a password. Give us a real address you control and keep your password and API keys confidential.
• Each account is separate from every other account: other accounts cannot read your data and you cannot read theirs.
• You are responsible for everything done with your account, API keys and agents, including mail they send.
• Sign-ups may be limited, for example by invitation. We may refuse or close accounts that break these terms.

You must not use the service to:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk or commercial email, or email to recipients who have asked not to be contacted;
• send phishing, scams, impersonation, malware or anything intended to deceive or harm recipients;
• send or store unlawful content, or content that infringes other people's rights;
• harvest addresses, or probe, attack or overload the service or other people's systems;
• evade the limits, pauses or suspensions we apply, for example by opening further accounts.

You must follow the anti-spam and data-protection laws that apply to your mail, honour unsubscribe requests and only send to recipients you may lawfully contact. Outbound mail that goes to the public internet is relayed through Amazon SES, and we may be required to act on complaints and bounces reported to us.

• New accounts have daily limits on how many external recipients they can reach, and limits on the number of inboxes and domains. The limits may change.
• Sending is paused automatically when an account's recent hard bounces or spam complaints are too high. We may also pause sending, or make an account read-only, while we investigate misuse, or when the law or a provider requires it.
• While an account is paused or suspended, we may refuse sends or changes; you can still read your data. Only we lift a pause or suspension.
• We may remove an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

You keep ownership of your mail and data. You give us permission to store, process, scan and deliver it as needed to run the service, including screening inbound mail for threats and relaying outbound mail. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. Deleting it removes your inboxes, messages, contacts, webhooks, keys and domains. You can export your data with the account export API before you do.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that mail will be delivered, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that screening will catch every threat. Do not rely on it as your only copy of important mail.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which is nothing for the free service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end the service or your access for the reasons above.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at the operator's registered office have jurisdiction, unless the law requires otherwise.
